Refund policy

Due to our products being handmade, please allow for slight variations to your piece from the photos. However, we gladly accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days on non personalized items. Simply contact us within 5 days of delivery at the email address below and ship items back within 10 days of delivery. Refunds are issued in the amount of your purchase (minus shipping charges)  to the payment method you used at checkout. 

There are no refunds on personalized items, It is important that you check for spelling errors at checkout.

Damages: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue quickly.  remarkablymadekc@gmail.com
